Fearless Fire Torches

Custom Hollow fire eating torches with silicone grip. Torch stem is made with 6065-t6 aluminum and wrapped with 2 layers of silicon to reduce metal conducting heat. Wick sizes available in 1.5” or 2”.


Customizing Options:

+Wick sizes available in 1.5″ (38mm) or 2″ (50mm).

+Every torch comes with silicone grip tape and you may choose up to 2 colors.

Torch Stem

The type of metal used for the hollow torch tubing is important for those that engage in vapor manipulation, due to the risk of metals emitting potential toxins when exposed to high temperatures. 6065-t6 aluminum hollow tubing is selected due to higher durability, corrosion and heat resistance. 


Wick Head

Torch heads are each hand sewn using para-amid fiber kevlar wicking with no exposed kevlar thread and stitched 46 times or more with quad-laced threading. We even use a hidden high tempered stainless steel screw to fasten the wicking to ensure these are the safest and highest quality torches from top to bottom!



Each torch’s overall length is approx. 18in (45cm) or 18.5in (50cm), depending on your selection of wick size. The Fearless Fire torch tubing is approx. 5/16in (8mm) without a silicone cover.  These sizes were selected specifically due to the type of metal used to ensure standard safety, comfort, light-weight, and easy ability to do contact tricks and other torch tech.

The wicks sizes for our Fearless Fire Torches are available in either 1.5in (38mm) or 2in (50mm) for your personal preference. Each torch head is approximately 1in (25mm) wide, using 5/8in. (16mm) thick kevlar.
